• “How do I get started?”

I can be contacted via call or text, social media, or email. 

A consultation is the best way to assess the problem areas and learn of the client's specific needs, as well as determine if we are compatible to work together. 

Consultations for clients located outside of San Juan County will be conducted virtually by email, phone, or video chat. 

• “Umm, who are you and why would I let you see in my closet?!”

No worries. We all have a space we don’t want others to see, including me. Have no fear though, due to the sensitive nature of the work I do and the high level of trust it requires my clients to place in me, clients can be assured of absolute privacy when working with me. As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, I adhere strictly to its Code of Ethics which emphasizes confidentiality, honesty and integrity.

• “Where are you Located?”

I live in Farmington, NM. I primarily serve clients within San Juan County, NM. 

I also travel to surrounding areas for a travel fee- billed at my hourly rate.

• “How do i Prepare?”

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE CLIENT TO BE FOCUSED DURING THE SESSION. Because of this, I encourage arrangements be made in advance for handling incoming phone calls/texts, re-directing visitors, pets, childcare, etc. so that sessions will not be repeatedly interrupted.

• “Am I going to be forced to get rid of my things?”

I will not throw anything out without permission. I help the client make decisions, but the final decision is always the client's. Thus the client is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the discarding or destroying of any records or personal effects. The client agrees to make final decisions about disposition of all items.

• “Do you clean too?”

I will quick-clean a focused area for organizing purposes, but I am not at all a housecleaning service.
